  3. Choose Your Preference: Let us know if you would prefer:

    • A replacement of the affected item(s) with fresh ones in your next delivery (or a separate delivery if urgent and feasible).

    • A full refund for the affected item(s) or the entire order (depending on the issue). Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your request and review the details (including photos/videos), our team will process your request within 1-2 business days. We will then arrange for the replacement to be sent out or initiate your refund according to your chosen preference.
